Mobile Notary Service
Regular notarization or commissioning fees apply, plus a travel fee starting at

Available for office visits, hospitals, care facilities, and other suitable meeting locations.

Virtual / Remote Commissioning
Virtual commissioning for eligible documents starts at

Available for eligible affidavits, statutory declarations, and similar documents that are permitted to be commissioned virtually in Ontario.

Note: Valid government-issued photo ID, a stable internet connection, and a live video call are required for virtual appointments.

Some documents still require in-person notarization, witnessing, or original document review.
